I’ve had a wonderful experience here. From receptionists, technicians and helpers to doctors, everyone is very helpful, empathetic, kind and patient. A big thanks to Dr. Arti who always went out of the way to guide me, help me and suggest the best things to me. She was always there for me as a doctor and a friend. Also, I want to thank Ms. Khushbhu, Ms. Shabnam and Mr. Rick at reception. They have been super polite and patient. They always welcome with a warm smile. Ms. Kajal and Ms. Anandita have also been very very helpful in modifying my package according to my need and have always helped me with the best thing. Ms. Roshni is a very experienced and confident technician. Her professionalism is commendable. Overall, I had an amazing experience. ~ Shagun S

Going here for the Laser treatment from past 6 months and it has been a very nice experience ever since. Have got tagged with various therapists leaving me confused which therapists services did I like more. My personal favorite are Ms. Bharti Anamika and Widha they ensured that I was comfortable throughout. The best thing is they are great professionals and not just for the treatments but never have I ever heard any therapists commenting on body types while we are exposing the most intimate parts in front of them. From their admin dept with whom you fix your appointments (Mr. Rik and Ms. Gunjan) are really proactive in reverting back and helping you till you are satisfied to the person who serves you coffee all are are real good professionals ~ Anmol J

I’ve been getting my laser sessions done at Dermapurity, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience! I’ve completed all 8 of my sessions with Ruksar and Sunita, and they’ve both been absolutely amazing from start to finish. I recently had laser hair removal treatment done at Dermapurity (gk) and it was a great experience! At first, I was nervous about the procedure, but Deepak explained everything to me and made me feel at ease. The laser itself felt like a trickling all over the face, but it was completely tolerable. Overall, I'm happy with the results and growth shifted to the lighter side. Have been coming for laser hair reduction to Dermapurity for a while now. I have completed 4 sessions and my experience has been great.
