I’ve been getting my laser sessions done at Dermapurity, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience! I’ve completed all 8 of my sessions with Ruksar and Sunita, and they’ve both been absolutely amazing from start to finish.
Every session has been super smooth, completely painless, and surprisingly fun and entertaining — something I never thought I’d say about laser treatments! 😄 Both Ruksar and Sunita are not only professional and skilled but also incredibly warm, making every visit feel comfortable and enjoyable. They always make sure I’m at ease, explain everything clearly, and keep the vibe light-hearted throughout.

I’ve had a wonderful experience here. From receptionists, technicians and helpers to doctors, everyone is very helpful, empathetic, kind and patient.
A big thanks to Dr. Arti who always went out of the way to guide me, help me and suggest the best things to me. She was always there for me as a doctor and a friend.
Also, I want to thank Ms. Khushbhu, Ms. Shabnam and Mr. Rick at reception. They have been super polite and patient. They always welcome with a warm smile.
Ms. Kajal and Ms. Anandita have also been very very helpful in modifying my package according to my need and have always helped me with the best thing.
Ms. Roshni is a very experienced and confident technician. Her professionalism is commendable.

Going here for the Laser treatment from past 6 months and it has been a very nice experience ever since. Have got tagged with various therapists leaving me confused which therapists services did I like more. My personal favorite are Ms. Bharti Anamika and Widha they ensured that I was comfortable throughout. The best thing is they are great professionals and not just for the treatments but never have I ever heard any therapists commenting on body types while we are exposing the most intimate parts in front of them. From their admin dept with whom you fix your appointments (Mr. Rik and Ms. Gunjan) are really proactive in reverting back and helping you till you are satisfied to the person who serves you coffee all are are real good professionals

The doctor was incredibly empathetic, patient, and took the time to understand my concerns, and kept checking in within the process about my comfort level which made me feel at ease throughout the process.
The results have been really impressive.. I can visibly see a positive change in my skin, and I’m very happy with the outcome. Beyond the treatment itself, the clinic’s hospitality is exceptional. She was highly professional, attentive, and made the entire session very comfortable. After so many years of struggle with what not dermatologists, i got 0 results or sometime reverse reactions. I almost settled with the fact that my scars will remain like this only. And there is no treatment. But then i got to know about Dermapurity’s. I came here and opted for sittings suggested by Dr. Arti. She is such a nice listener and gives you the results. I recently had laser hair removal treatment done at Dermapurity (gk) and it was a great experience! At first, I was nervous about the procedure, but Deepak explained everything to me and made me feel at ease. The laser itself felt like a trickling all over the face, but it was completely tolerable. She is very helpful for all ur queries to resolve and all ur treatment regarding questions and even more . They have the best therapists working efficiently especially Ms Sunita ji who is my fav therapist as my skin is very sensitive so she always keeps in mind and does it carefully without burns and other discomfort . Besides her Co therapists Rana and Vida are also very good .

I wanted to give five stars to both Manju and Harsha at Dermapuritys for instilling my confidence in the exceptional services and benefits of laser treatment rendered to me in my very apprehensive first sitting. Before I met them I used to get all sorts laser burns and was not happy with the results. The technology used at their clinic was not only very comfortable in terms of pain but also yielded the best post laser results by far amongst all my treatments done till date. Dermapuritys is the best skin care clinic in Delhi which I found. The staff members are very cooperative and polite towards the clients. The infrastructure is also well maintained. so i must say that dermapurity is one of the finest clinic when its comes to laser hair reduction treatments... they are actually using the lastest instruments for lasers and u can see the results right after first session.

I spoke with the representatives of many clinics while searching for laser treatments, however, I was very satisfied when I spoke to Ms. Khushboo and Dr. Arti. Thankfully, it was the right decision to finalise Dermapurity as I am very satisfied by the services provided thereafter from the therapists and the results are amazing. Today I got the hydra facial done from Dermapuritys pitam pura. It was a great experience. Their stuff is very polite and are in no hurry to complete the session. Suman was the female who did my hydrafacial with full patience and soft hands.
Thoughout the session Suman explained me each and every step. Before applying any gel , she explained me the benefits of each gel.
